Holiday Homes
There are a range of houses that can be suited for families or multiple couples/singles. These do book out fast, and can sleep from 4 to 14 people with a two night minimum regardless of whether it is over the weekend or not. Some include linen, while others charge extra for a linen pack to be provided. They are normally fully self-contained, and have a check-in from 2pm, and check-out at 10am.
Holiday homes can range from $200 to $1025 per night with a strictly no parties policy. Most also have a maximum amount of guests allowed due to no town water on the mountain – most venues are on tank water and have septic systems, so generally, when they say a maximum number, it is because it is the maximum amount that the house can handle.

- Sleeps: Maximum 14 people
- Price: $975 per night over the weekend, $725 per night mid week, based on a two night stay – cheaper rates offered for longer stays.

Georges Paragon Holiday Apartment
- Sleeps: Maximum 6 people
- Price: from $390 per night over the weekend, and $320 per night mid week based on a two night stay for six – cheaper rates offered for stays longer than two nights.

The Maple & the Nest
- Sleeps: Maximum 6 people
- Price: from $350 per night over the busy season, $275 per night low season, based on a two night stay – cheaper rates offered for longer stays.
Linen can be provided at an extra cost.
Paradise Views
- Sleeps: Maximum 8 people
- Price: $525 per night, based on a two nights stay – cheaper rates offered for longer stays.
Only Bed linen is included (sheets, blankets and pillows). Guests are required to bring their own towels & bath matts.
Rainbow’s End
- Sleeps: Maximum 6 people
- Price: $400 per night over the weekend, $300 per night mid week, based on a two night stay – cheaper rates offered for longer stays.

Skyhouse
- Sleeps: 6 adults
- Price: $500 per night over the weekend, $450 per night mid week, based on a two night stay – cheaper rates offered for longer stays.
