Cottages
Most cottages are self-contained and have a two night minimum over the weekends, with normal check-in times of 2pm, and check-out at 10am (some offer a late check-out of 11am or later depending on availability). Most are open plan in style, and sleep two – designed especially for couples getaways. There are only a few that can cater for families, or that can sleep more than two adults per cottage. The majority of them have a fireplace, kitchenette, air-conditioning, TV/DVD, balcony and a spa.
These generally range between $220 to $399 per night/per couple over the weekend ($220 without a spa, and from $239 per night for two with a spa). If you are looking for somewhere extremely luxurious, $648 per night/per couple would be the maximum. For those cottages that can take an extra person, the extra charge is around $50 per person per night. Two and three bedroom cottages, sleeping 4 to 6 people normally range from $275 to $455 per night with a two night minimum. Mid week is normally cheaper, and we can also get discounted rates for longer stays.

- Price: from $259 mid week for a single night, and from $295 per night for a 2 night minimum stay over the weekend.
Kidd Street Cottages
- Sleeps: 1 to 5 (depending on which cottage)
- Price: from $160 for a single night mid week for 2 people, and from $220 per night for a two nights stay for 2 people.
Lisson Grove & The Castle on Tamborine
- Sleeps: 1 to 2 adults
- Price: from $275 for a single night mid week, and $275 per night over the weekend with a two night minimum. The Castle is a higher rate.
Maz’s on the Mountain (Cottages)
- Sleeps: 1 to 2 people
- Price: from $199 for a single night mid week, and from $239 per night over the weekend with a two night minimum stay.
Mountain Edge Studios
- Sleeps: 1 to 5 adults (depending on the cottage)
- Price: from $200 mid week for a single night for two, and $285 per night with a two night minimum over the weekend for 2 people.
Pethers Rainforest Retreat
- Sleeps: 1 to 2 adults
- Price: from $310 mid week for a single nights stay, and from $399 per night over the weekend – with single nights sometimes available at a higher rate.
Seaview Farm Retreat
- Sleeps: 1 to 5 people (depending on the cottage)
- Price: from $225 per night mid week (with a two night minimum for the two bedroom cottage), and $350 per night over the weekend with a two night minimum stay.
Seaview Treehouses
- Sleeps: 1 to 2 adults
- Price: $210 per night mid week, and $290 per night over the weekend – with single nights often available both mid week, and over the weekend.
Tamborine Gardens Wedding Resort
- Sleeps: 1 to 3 people
- Price: $170 mid week for a single night for two people, and $265 per night over the weekend for two people, with a two night minimum stay.
