Witches Chase Cheese factory and the Fortitude Brewing Company (previously MT Brewery) share the same building on the Southern corner of ‘Gallery Walk’. There is also a restaurant on the premises offering breakfast and lunch from where you can enjoy live music most Sundays. The building welcomes you with their large entrance which is lit up of a night. This architecturally designed building houses restaurant to the left, Witches Falls Cheese Factory to the right with its mixing room in view and tasting deli, and at the end of the building you will find Fortitude Brewing Company, where you can taste test their variety of beers.

The cheese factory, brewery & restaurant take up a property on the corner of Eagle Heights Road and Long Road – opposite Gallery Walk’s southern roundabout. Within walking distance there is a variety of fashion boutiques, galleries and cafes, as well as the Mount Tamborine Winery in Gallery Walk. Heading further south, in the opposite direction to ‘Gallery Walk’, you will find you at Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard and Winery on Hartley Road in just a 5 minute drive (2.6km), and then only 2 minutes to Mason Wines from there. The Rainforest Skywalk is also only a 5 minute drive (2.8km) down past Curtis Falls bushwalking track, and only 10 minutes (5.7km) from the Thunderbird Park.
