Avocado Sunset
Avocado Sunset is a romantic, couples only Bed and Breakfast venue, perched atop the edge of Tamborine Mountain, with four uniquely themed rooms. The bed and breakfast has breathtaking views out the the west from where you can watch the sun set, and in the morning, you can enjoy a lovely cooked breakfast to give you a good start to your day. In between these four rooms is the communal dinning and living area which takes advantage of these stunning views, and has the fireplace going in Winter. Guests are also welcome the large collection of DVD’s and books.
Their ‘Mediterranean Room’, has vibrant colours of the sea, your own claw foot bath, and large private balcony. The ‘Safari Room’ is aptly named with its African theme. It has a four poster bed, a two person spa bath in the en suite, fireplace, and a private section of the communal veranda from where you can watch the sun set from. Their ‘Daintree Suite’ room also has a private section of the veranda, a fireplace, and a two person spa in the en suite, but has cool and calming colours throughout, with a more modern bathroom. The fourth room is the exotic ‘Oriental Room’ which has its own lounge area with a TV & fireplace for the cooler months, as well as an en suite with a shower over a single spa which looks into a beautiful rainforest garden.

They are located in North Tamborine, on Beacon Road, which is just down the road from the Tamborine Mountain Distillery, as well as other shops, cafes and restaurants which are open for lunch and dinner every day. Within a 5 minute drive there are other attractions like wineries, the Glow Worm Caves, bushwalking tracks and craft shops.
